Alloy 510 - This wire is 95% Copper and 5% Tin. The addition of tin to copper effectively increases the fatigue strength. Phospher Bronze is corrosion resistant, has good fatigue life, and has high electric conductivity, low elastic modulus and high tensile strength, making it an excellent product for brushes.
